History

Brooke is proud to carry on the legacy of her beloved late father David Ashley Vitnell who was a solicitor servicing the Port Stephens and Hunter region for over 42 years.

Taught and mentored by David, Brooke now practises Family Law & Divorce, Property Law & Conveyancing, Wills & Contested Estates, Probate and Deceased Estates Administration.

Brooke completed a Bachelor of Laws (LLB) and a Bachelor of Communication (B Com) and has a graduate Diploma of Legal Practice from the College of Law. Brooke is admitted as a solicitor of the Supreme Court of New South Wales and is on the Register of Practitioners of the High Court of Australia.

Prior to practising as a solicitor, Brooke spent seven years working for Federal Government Cabinet Ministers as a Senior Adviser.

• The Federal Minister for International Development and the Pacific
• The Federal Minister for Trade, Tourism and Investment
• The Federal Minister for Employment, Women and the Public Service
• The Parliamentary Secretary for the Environment and Parliamentary Secretary for Industry.

In her personal life, Brooke is devoted to family time, she values precious time with her mother, 5 siblings, their partners, her wonderful husband Julian and their two cats.
